Last Updated: October 23, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Outo ("Outo," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile features, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Outo. We may update these Terms periodically, and the latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Use of Service
Outo provides a platform that allows users to:
- Book professional interior detailing services directly with Outo.
- View available dates, pricing, and service details.
- Receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Service at any time without notice.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Outo, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a booking.
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
- Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless expressly authorized.
- Avoid fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activity.
We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments
All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). By providing your payment information, you authorize Outo to charge your selected payment method.
Cancellations
You may cancel bookings based on the terms displayed during checkout or in your account.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued for verified billing errors, duplicate charges, or service failures confirmed by Outo.
5. Service Delivery
Outo provides all detailing services directly through its own team. Appointment availability may vary by location and demand. While we aim to meet scheduled appointment times, we reserve the right to adjust or reschedule appointments if necessary (e.g., due to weather or operational issues).
We are committed to providing high-quality service, but results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Outo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to Outo in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, software, logos, and design elements associated with Outo are the property of Outo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
a. Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@tryouto.com to try to resolve the issue informally within thirty (30) days.
b. Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Outo will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). This means no lawsuit in court, except as noted below.
c. Class Action Waiver
You and Outo agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of a class or representative action.
d. Arbitration Location and Rules
Arbitration will be conducted in Santa Clara County, California, or by video conference, using the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
e. Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent misuse or infringement of intellectual property rights.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be handled exclusively in state or federal courts in Santa Clara County, California.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Outo at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
